I was looking for a enlarging brown lens that would look natural against my own eye colour, and I think I archived this with these lenses~

Comfort 4/5
As the diameter of the lenses are quite big you may be able to feel them in your eyes, which some people find quite uncomfortable.

Fit 4/5
Similar to before, due to the larger diameter you may get a halo effect when the lenses move in your eye.

Enlargement 5/5
The plus side to the large diameter is that you get significantly larger looking eyes that may look strange without eye makeup.

The perfect lenses that blend beautifully with brown eyes for the best dolly eye look.

Hair products

I'm currently using...

Elvive Colour Protect Shampoo and Conditioner

I love this shampoo and conditioner because it really leaves your hair visibly vibrant and shiny, and I've had better results with this combination compared to the Herbal Essence Colour protect Shampoo and Conditioner. They all smell equally nice but I find that the
Elvive duo's scent lasts a bit longer after rinsing.

I use this to wash my hair every other day, and if
necessary I use Batiste Dry Shampoo in Tropical between washes.

And once a week instead of using the
Elvive Colour Protect I use Elvive Full Restore Hair Masque and Head and Shoulders Anti-Dandruff shampoo.

The hair masque is a great treat for your hair once a week, but if you have dry ends you might want to use it twice a week. It leaves my hair super soft and silky after every wash and it washes out easily. Just apply to the ends of your hair after shampooing and leave in for about 5
mins and then rinse. I use an anti dandruff shampoo once a week just to give my scalp a deep cleanse, kind of like a face scrub once a week to get rid of any dead skin on the scalp.

My Current Favourite Spot Treatment

The stress of exams, revision, interviews and deadlines can take a toll on your skin and you may even be too busy and neglect caring for your skin. So before you know it you’ll have breakouts and blackheads across your face! Here’s my current favourite product for treating spots...

I was fretting around for around 2 weeks with deadlines and interviews to meet and prepare for so I was not only over stressed, but I was also not sleeping much or drinking enough water. I had breakouts across my forehead and whiteheads around my nose, and there is only so much make up can do.

At this point you need to time out and let your skin breathe:

1. Don’t smother your face in makeup, or even better don’t wear any makeup at all!

2. Rehydrate from the inside, and drink plenty of water.

3. Get enough sleep, set a bed time and find out how much sleep you need to not feel tired for the day.

4. My current favourite product for treating spots:

Neutrogena – Spot Stress Control 3 in 1 cleansing lotion

The perfect solution for oily/combination skin types, as this not only cleanses it reduces excess shine too. I would advise people with sensitive skin to maybe give this one a miss though because I think that it almost removes all your dead skin from your face. So some people may find this quite harsh on their skin. Just tip it 3 times onto a cotton pad and gently brush over your face, if you only have an oily T-zone like myself you may only need to use it on only the oily parts of your face. It advises to use it only daily but I find that you can use it all over in the mornings and then in the evenings you can soak a cotton bud with it and dab it over your spots/whiteheads/blackheads. I saw a difference overnight on the first application and I am still using it now after 2 weeks. I also do think it helps slightly with reducing shine at the start of the day, and then you only need half of a card-sized blotting sheet to remove shine from the T-zone.

I will update if there is any more to add/change after 1 month of using this~

Update

I forgot to add that it does contain a sort of alcohol so it has a strong smell, which has been masked slightly with a cucumber smell. It isn't too much of a bother though because it sinks into your skin in a few seconds and you won't be able to smell it anymore.

After a while of using this, if i do get any spots they are normally quite small (no bigger than 3mm dia.) and they're on the surface of the skin so it goes away in about 2-3 days.
